It works, I used it on a narrowboat with a mifi dongle, a temporary rig up was with string from a curtain rail. Contact with the seller was very good, almost instant replies to my questions, so I knew which one to buy.

Load of rubbish, even when using outdoors signal strength is worse when this antenna is connected. Cheap crap from China that looks nice but does not actually improve anything. Actually makes it worse. Waste of time and money.

The product has been on sale since 2014, with hundreds of home-grown clients, however, it is impossible to make everyone happy. We have asked the customer to return the item for repair/replacement or a refund. The client did not answer. Wanted to return the money without returning the item. Unfortunately, it's getting more and more popular.

Excellent. Low cost way to improve signal strength and download speed.
I bought one of these a few weeks ago. Found the direction of my provider's mast using mastdata website. Mounted it outside the window on the window frame pointing in the correct direction and fed the wires through the opening window. The rubber seals allow enough room not to damage the wire. I got a slight increase in download speed so I was happy. BUT what I did not realise was that I had to select "external antenna" in the set up for the router. I have now done this and my Download speed has DOUBLED! It is important that the antenna setting is changed in your settings. Now very pleased with my purchase. Brief test didn't work
Very disappointed. Possibly under ideal circumstances and put in the right place it could work, but no manual was included. Using it indoors, connected to four different Huawei modems, I got no signal at all, whereas the USB-dongle modems themselves without the antenna plugged in did get 1 bar 3G at least, and the ZTE-150 (mobile wifi AP with sim slot) gets 1-2 4G bars, but 'No service' when this antenna is plugged in. This when the antenna was hanging outside the house, only meters from the roof mount antennas from rfsupplier that work just fine. The whole point with this was to get an antenna lower where it's not a lightning rod. On the upside, it did come with two sets of antenna connectors to screw onto the tips, which was good since the two modems had slightly different diameter on ... Very disappointed. Oddly enough, all the modems worked fine with the same connectors on the rfsupplier antennas, no need to switch out on _those_ cables. A test might be to snip off part of the connectors, in case they were too long so that only ground but not the antenna-tip center reached in to the modem jack. Did this. Tried shortening the TS9 connector a little to let the antenna pin push further out. Didn't help. Not happy. :P

Makes a great difference
Use it with my USB dongle in a stone house. With the antenna by the window I get full coverage instead of as before low speed and dropped connection
